How do we charge?

We offer annual fixed-fee packages to our business clients, with the option to pay monthly or quarterly, and a quoted fee for individual clients and their investment vehicles (i.e., trusts and SMSFs). So you will always know the scope and price before we commence the job.

Any new scope services will be quoted and agreed upon before we undertake the job. Therefore, no surprise bills or hidden fees.

Occasionally, we will charge by the hour for specific tasks (e.g. Private ruling and Letter of Advice).

What technology do we use?

We’re big believers in using innovative technology to save you time and money. We work primarily with Xero, the leading cloud accounting platform for small businesses, and we’re certified Xero advisors.

We also use:

Microsoft Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings
Annature for fast, secure document digital signing

As AI is a hot topic, we explore leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance our work efficiency and communication accuracy. However, we are highly cautious about using AI and always ensure all tools meet strict security and privacy standards.
